Tulipa clusiana (true species!)
The ‘Lady Tulipa’ as it is called in the U.K. used to be grown in Greece, but was mislaid for many years. The outer petals are dark carmine-purple with a white edge, while the inner petals are almost completely white. When the flowers are fully open the purple-blue centre and blue stamens will draw everybody’s attention.
