Despatch Dates
Despatch of bulbs and plants will commence by mid-september dependent upon the weather conditions, and will continue until to around the end of November.

Prices quoted in this catalogue and on our website supersede all those given in previous catalogues. The prices are valid for sales to customers in Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands only. Value added tax at the current rate is included in prices where applicable.

The varieties can only be delivered in quantities, or multiple quantities as stated on our website.

All varieties are guaranteed true to variety and colour and are separately bagged and labelled.

We pay as much attention as possible to the execution of your much appreciated order. Should there, in spite of our care, be any goods damaged in transit or found to be short-packed on delivery, please let us know within seven working days and we will replace
or refund depending on stock availability. Our responsibility will be limited to the value of the products.
Unavailable Plants and Bulbs
Because some of our range are varieties that are not generally offered, our stocks are sometimes limited. If a variety is not available
on despatch, we will only include a substitute if you have elected to do so. Otherwise we will give credit on your account if paying by cheque or postal order. If paying by credit card you will not be charged for the missing item(s).
